 Heather Rogers is a certified CBT and EFT practitioner, yoga teacher, life coach, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and chakra balancing expert with over a decade of experience in wellness and energy work. Having overcome personal challenges like homelessness and surviving domestic violence, Heather has transformed her life through practices rooted in gratitude, self-compassion, and abundance.

Tara Jade is a yoga teacher blending movement, science, and healing. With a background in dance and research engineering, she combines logic with mindfulness and yoga. Her transformative journey began with Bikram yoga and evolved through Vinyasa Teacher Training, deepening her belief in community and self-awareness. Diagnosed with cPTSD, Tara is passionate about healing and helping others. Guided by "healed people heal people," she empowers her community through physical, mental, and spiritual growth.

    If you need to withdraw from the course within the first week, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
